Egg Roll in a Bowl
A healthy, quick, and easy recipe. Bonus points for gluten and dairy free.
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 TBS ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground red pepper or saracha sauce to taste
- 1 pkg broccoli slaw
- 1 pkg shredded carrots
- 3 TBS honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce substitute tamari or coconut aminos
Heat sesame oil in 10" or larger skiller.
Brown ground turkey and remove from pan when cooked.
Add more oil if needed and brown garlic and ginger.
Add broccoli slaw and shredded carrots. Cook until tender.
Add ground turkey to slaw mixture.
Add soy sauce, honey, ground red pepper (or siracha), and salt and pepper (to taste).
